Originally from Pakistan, he has a deep understanding and empathy for clients of different countries and cultures. He tackles legal issues for clients with finesse, skill and understanding, all while promoting client advocacy. Khawaja speaks 4 different languages including English, Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi – making him a very versatile attorney.
Khawaja Saad received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2022. Prior to this, he received his Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from Indiana University as well in 2018. Additionally, he received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 2016.
Khawaja’s professional experience is comprised of working as a law clerk for the Indiana Attorney General’s Office in the Complex Litigation Department, the Marion County Public Defender Agency, amongst others, during his Juris Doctorate. He has further enriched his knowledge by working as a corporate associate for a law firm out of Prague, as a law clerk for Steven H. David, a former Indiana Supreme Court Justice, and as legal counsel for a revolutionary blockchain startup out of Estonia.
Khawaja was also the Vice President of the Asian Law Students Association at IU McKinney School of Law, as Associate Editor for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review, and received the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for his pro bono work in 2022. Khawaja is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash, traveling the world and exploring new restaurants with his wife.
